During devotion this morning, this song just pop out of my head. Looking at the words now it just what I need at this moment. These words appear so alive now than ever. Thank Jesus for the friends You are. This makes me feel also sad for those who don't know Him. The world can be a cruel place but Jesus is the shield we all need to carry on. Amen.

All because we do not carry everything to God in prayer. Yes, this is very difficult for us humans and I really don't know why.
But truly that's the end of all our problems and sorrows because there is no one faithful like Him.

What an encouragement this was to me. I am going through a difficult time right now, and this was laid on my heart last night as I was going to bed. I woke up this morning with it in mind and was glad to be able to sing along to start my day!

This song I grew up with...listening to my Grandmother play it on the piano and hearing the lyrics in Church was extremely comforting...I want my family and grandchildren to know and love this beautiful song...and plant it in there hearts. I always have tears when I hear it, because what Christ has done for us.
