Asked God for a hymn for my birthday today and this came to mind. Chose for my dedication hymn for the year. God journeyed through some serious thyroid health issues last year and I give Him all the glory and praise.

What an amazing surrender in song. The ancient hymns of our yesterday I often wonder how the children of today will remember these precious hymns created by our forefathers so that we all may praise our Father fervently through the gift of hymn. Oh my Heavenly Father. I have no worries this morning.. just felt led by the H. S to download these lyrics.. oh how beautiful!. the memories of that little girl back in the Bahama island singing my heart out.. oh the memories.. just about all of those old saints including my lovely parents are in heaven now.. I felt the presence of God singing those lyrics.. I’ve been singing the 1st line of this song for a week. Just Googled it so I could sing the entire hymn. I’ve recommitted my Life to Jesus. I’m retired, and have been my Mother’s caregiver for the past 7 1/2 years. She is in Hospice now and will soon go Home to be with Jesus. She is so excited and eager to go Home and see Jesus, and be in Heaven with her loved ones. Once she passes, Jesus has plans for My life. To continue to serve Him, and Him alone for the rest of my days. I have surrendered ALL to Him. I am filled with His Joy and Peace. Watch and see what He will do!
