I too listen to this song as a child growing up in church. I had no understanding but now, I realize how powerful it is. The Blood 🩸 of Jesus, WOW! It saves us from our sins. Praise God!! Hallelujah 🙌🏽🙌🏽

I read the story of William Cowper ( as drawn by the Holy Spirit ) in Bible College library. It has always been a dear story to me, as I’ve been given a thorn in the flesh similar. A mental diagnosis is a blow to the idealism of many Christians. Thank God daily for imparted wisdom to doctors and modern effective medicine. Grace and peace Amen.
