It's a hymn of total submission and dedication to the Lord Jesus. Each time I sing it, my heart fills with Joy.

I am 71yrs of age, and remember when I was a child in South Africa, when we had Baptism, which was behind the Altar, the first time I ever saw People being baptised, I remember this hymn being sung. So I associate this Hymn and Baptism together. Because it was so to me as a child fascinating what happened. Glory to God. Who Is so Great. I marvel at His Goodness and Faithfulness everyday. And His Promises which is till the end of Time. Amen.

I learnt this song when I was a little girl. I was preparing a message on submission in the church and it kept ringing in my spirit. The song says it all. Most of the time we sing only the first stanza but I think we have to learn all the verses and sing all together. Thanks for providing the lyrics.
