It is quite wonderful to know how much Christ loves us and has become a lense of God by which He sees us just as we are not for sin but part of His Son (Jesus) eyeball. Each time I listen to this song, it lifts my spirit because I never knew God could pardon all my wrongful deeds and still give me such peace as though I've never sinned. If God could touch me, He could touch you as well. Only open up your heart for Him to come in. You haven't gone too far from His presence that His hand of mercy can't reach you.

Amen Lord just as I am no masks walls or covers You know me better than I know myself. While we were yet sinners You died for us Lord just as we are You cleanse us with Your blood. Not for making us better but to saturated us with Your life. We need You, You are all-inclusive, You possesses everything we need. Oh Lord I come, I come just as I am. Oh Lord I can't change myself so You sent Your love and grace to save me. I enjoy this song so many times I get caught up in trying to be the best me before God. I can never be the best-perfect just in myself-Praise the Lord Christ fills all in all.

After moving back to Taiwan from the States for six months, I find myself still struggling and having hard time living in this old, yet new environment, so familiar yet so much like a stranger to me. This song draws me back to my spirit where there I can come to my dear Lord with nothing hiding and holding back... He knows my feelings and He cares for me as usual even though He sometimes has to correct and pour us from one container (place) to another one... Lord, whenever and whatever there is something going on, draws my heart to You.

I just heard this song 5 days ago in church on my 20th birthday and it really touched me aspecialy the words "O Lamb of God, I come, I come".I did not know it nor have I ever heard of it and I did not have a hymn book to sing along but I just had to go and look it up. I must say I am very glad that I did. Sometimes I feel so unworthy to enter into God's presence but now I really know that I should come "Just as I am". God does not expect anything else. As a matter of fact He does not want anything else, He wants the real you so that He can change us and therefore His name alone be glorified.

I learned this song when I was about 10. First it was in Chinese; and after 40 years, now I sing it in English. No matter the place and time, it always reminds me what is the pride of human beings, and I am still just as I am before Him.
