I have been asking God for clarity as regards my choice of a life partner, I pray about almost every man that comes my way, finally I had a revelation as to who I should choose, but then my dream was not corresponding with reality, the person in question was not making any advances and obviously was in a relationship. I stopped to ask God “what is this”? I saw two dreams regarding this person, but I’m still not satisfied, one was the answer, the other was like a confirmation, then I have random dreams about his flaws and weaknesses, but I still want a third dream, I would call it “my blessed assurance” because I don’t understand what’s going on. Many months have passed and i’m still contemplating the reality of these dreams, still processing these dreams, I took a nap one afternoon and woke up in the evening, my heart was very chill in my body, I was feeling refreshed from a good sleep, but I can’t stop asking God “How exactly do You want to do it”? Then this song came to my mind, the part that struck me the most, was “God Only Wise”.
“Immortal” He’s not Human, can’t think like me or act as I would like.
“Invisible” He’s there in your confusion.
Perhaps I should let the “Only Wise God” do His thing, while I watch in awe.
He doesn’t need me to lift a finger or plot a graph to make His plans for me a reality.
So this is me sitting still as I process this song word for word, in my situation.

another soul lifting hymn, he is the only wise God who knows from the beginning to end,

I was meditating on God’s attributes and this song came into my head. Such joy to sing deep truths of who our Father is!! And such joy to read the comments of dear brothers and sisters around the world who are rejoicing and delighting in the Lord as well! Maybe we will all sing this song together to our Great God when we come before Him at His throne! 💫✨💛 May the Lord give special blessings to each person who reads this hymn.
