Can a woman forget her nursing child,
That she would not have compassion on the son of her womb?
Even though they may forget,
Yet I will not forget you.
I have engraved you on the palms of My hands,
I have engraved you on the palms of My hands;
Your walls are continually before Me.
I have engraved you on the palms of My hands,
I have engraved you on the palms of My hands.
That she would not have compassion on the son of her womb?
Even though they may forget,
Yet I will not forget you.
I have engraved you on the palms of My hands,
I have engraved you on the palms of My hands;
Your walls are continually before Me.
I have engraved you on the palms of My hands,
I have engraved you on the palms of My hands.

Scripture Songs - Can a Woman Forget Her Nursing Child (Isaiah 49:15-16)
Absolutely LOVE this melancholic Celtic/Hebrew-type melody! Beautiful harmony! Soul-soothing guitar playing. It is a PERFECT fit for these merciful verses from Isaiah 49:15-16. I have been listening to it repeatedly more than seven hours now with tears and dancing steps. May we come to the full appreciation of how He remembers, loves and holds us dearly with His unfailing compassion by carving and etching us on the palms of His hands. May His unfailing love continue to burn as the coal engraved on our hearts in all that we go through. Thank you very much, sisters:) Please, if I may ask, compose more songs like this with the above mentioned characteristics. I am enchanted, taken and sold!
