Christ of glorious splendor! Christ, transcendent treasure!
We break our flask alabaster;
Pour our all completely on Him absolutely,
Waste on Him utterly;
The burnt off’ring’s fire on the altar must burn, and cannot grow dim,
Till we all to ashes are reduced,
Till we’re New Jerusalem.
Now in tents we’re living out the corporate God-man life,
And the kingdom training receive;
To th’econ’my of the fullness of the times,
Standing as an anti-testimony.
We must open up our homes, plant church trees everywhere,
Blessing to all nations become.
We must open up our homes, plant church trees everywhere,
Blessing to all nations become.
