This was one of my favorite songs during our 17 years at Bellevue Baptist Church in Memphis. I can almost hear Jim Whitmire leading the congregation now. I enjoy accessing the music and lyrics online and singing to the Lord. It brings back wonderful memories of our years under the teaching and leafing of Dr. Adrian Rogers. I am looking forward to hearing his booming voice when I get to Heaven. It won't be long now, as I turned 80 last Saturday.

The song was the major song of one of the retreat held by Deeper Life Bible Church. I was in children church then. Despite the fact that I was a child when it happened, it left and impression on me and it have become one of my most favorite song since. Now, navigating the world as an adult, “Jesus is all the world to me”, and “Following him, I know I am right”, “He is my friend”.
