Lord, keep my heart always true to You,
Never backsliding, always viewing You,
A heart that is pure that sees only You,
A heart that loves You and treasures only You.

Your love constrains me to give my all to You.
Lord, I can’t help it; my heart is drawn to You.
Oh what a privilege! I give myself to You!
I love You, Lord, dearest Lord.
I love You! I just love You!
2
Lord, keep my love burning brightly for You,
A love never dwindling always hot for You,
A love, shining brighter all the way for You,
A love, so fresh like the day I first touched You.
3
Lord, take my life, I present it to You!
If I had a thousand, I’d pour all on You!
Nothing withholding, my all is for You.
My life and my future, dear Lord, is all for You.

It is deep, very deep cry out to the Lord from my heart/spirit when I sing this song to Him. Praise the Lord! He is able to lead us to love Him more. God already promised to give this pure/new/true heart to us (Ezekiel 36:26) and it is now in the all-inclusive Spirit. We need to come to the Lord everyday, every moment to ask Lord to realize it in us.

I like this song because I am conscious that my heart is so fragile and I need the Lord to keep it. I want to always be with the Lord. And really His love is the only thing that attracts me to Him.

The song is soothing to me when I listen to it. I feel closer to God when I hear it. Helps me to think about the days events and some other things. I really enjoy listening to the song.

It is a restful and emotional song and I love it.

I had very much been enjoying this song when I received a letter from my firstborn son, who is in prison. He is taking a class in horticulture there. The Lord had mercy on him because his "lab" (we can call it) is in a greenhouse. He said that when he was in there, that it was his time to be alone and spend time with the Lord. He asked me to send him the words to some songs that would keep him. He requested "Nothing's quite so precious" and any others that I could think of that he knew the tune. I have sent both of them to him. This song runs through my mind quite often, drawing me to the Lord, then to pray for my son. It is very comforting to think that sometimes he and I could be singing this song to the Lord at the same time.
