Redeemed—how I love to proclaim it

1
Redeemed—how I love to proclaim it!
Redeemed by the blood of the Lamb;
Redeemed through His infinite mercy,
His child, and forever, I am.

Redeemed, redeemed,
Redeemed by the blood of the Lamb;
Redeemed, redeemed,
  His child, and forever, I am.
2
Redeemed and so happy in Jesus,
No language my rapture can tell;
I know that the light of His presence
With me doth continually dwell.
3
I think of my blessed Redeemer,
I think of Him all the day long;
I sing, for I cannot be silent;
His love is the theme of my song.
4
I know I shall see in His beauty
The King in whose way I delight;
Who lovingly guardeth my footsteps,
And giveth me songs in the night.

I love singing this song in Church. We would sing this song for our Sing Suppuration and then have an Ice Cream social after church.

I was feeling rather lonely in my walk with Christ, but the Lord reminded me of hymnal. Here I find this song and more importantly the many brethern who also cherish it. I love Fanny Crosby. Her songs have ministered to me. How sweet to be connected thru a song this way. Truly I am not alone. Connected generationally and internationally.

I sing, for I cannot be silent;

His love is the theme of my song.

Jesus paid it all. All to him I owe.

I will forever live to testify that I was redeemed by the KING OF KINGS who laid down His life for me. I long to live for Him all my life even as I grow and serve Him faithfully

Peace and blessings on the way

"I know I shall see in His beauty

The King in whose way I delight;

Who lovingly guardeth my footsteps,

And giveth me songs in the night."

Isaiah 33:17-22

17 Your eyes will see the king in his beauty and view a land that stretches afar.

18 In your thoughts you will ponder the former terror: "Where is that chief officer? Where is the one who took the revenue? Where is the officer in charge of the towers? ”

19 You will see those arrogant people no more, people whose speech is obscure, whose language is strange and incomprehensible.

20 Look on Zion, the city of our festivals; your eyes will see Jerusalem, a peaceful abode, a tent that will not be moved; its stakes will never be pulled up, nor any of its ropes broken.

21 There the Lord will be our Mighty One. It will be like a place of broad rivers and streams. No galley with oars will ride them, no mighty ship will sail them.

22 For the Lord is our judge, the Lord is our lawgiver, the Lord is our king; it is he who will save us.
