I have sung this song with all of my grandchildren when they were small. I love the simple way such profound truths are delivered in this song. It is my prayer that my grandchildren will become real “Timothy’s, ” having been constituted at a young age the unfeigned faith, “which dwelt first in your grandmother Lois and your mother Eunice, and I am persuaded dwells also in you."
