This is one of the most wonderful songs of God's great love and goodness towards us! How encouraging and strengthening it is to us who walk with Him in our times of need. And to those who don't know God.....THIS is HE who loves you, and wants YOU to come to Him and cast your burdens on Him, for He TRULY CARES for you! He will forgive you your sins, and cleanse you from ALL unrighteousness, and He will draw you into His loving arms and take away all your pain. He will restore, and heal.......surrender YOUR will to Him, and let the peace of God that surpasses ALL understanding flood your heart and mind. Amen.

Every time I listen to, or sing this song, I feel like crying. The lyrics and the music are so soothing that I feel Jesus close by. This old gospel song, and others in its category are highly needed for revivals in this age of 'modern Christianity'. This song can drive any one into prayers.
