What a good land, what a rich land,
God has given unto us!
Valleys, mountains, springs and fountains—
Hallelujah, glorious!

Let us labor, let us labor
On the land He's given us,
Labor hourly, labor pow'rfully,
Reap the produce glorious!

At the feast so glorious,
With a full heart, share the best part
Of the harvest gained by us.

The good land is the greatest type of Christ! Innumerable riches fill this land, and just like our Christ is overflowing with the experience of life and rich enjoyment! O what a Christ have we!
