Nearer, my God, to Thee

1
Nearer, my God, to Thee,
  Nearer to Thee;
E'en though it be a cross
  That raiseth me,
Still all my song shall be
Nearer, my God, to Thee,
Nearer, my God, to Thee,
  Nearer to Thee.
2
Though, like a wanderer,
  The sun gone down,
Darkness comes over me,
  My rest a stone;
Yet in my dreams I'd be
Nearer, my God, to Thee,
Nearer, my God, to Thee,
  Nearer to Thee.
3
There let me see the sight,
  An open heaven;
All that Thou sendest me,
  In mercy given;
Angels to beckon me
Nearer, my God, to Thee,
Nearer, my God, to Thee,
  Nearer to Thee.
4
Then, with my waking thoughts
  Bright with Thy praise,
Out of my stony griefs
  Bethel I'll raise,
So by my woes to be
Nearer, my God, to Thee,
Nearer, my God, to Thee,
  Nearer to Thee.

I learned this song in my Bible Study of my fellowship. some guy told us the song was heared from the movie,"tatanic". In that accidence of big ship, some of violiner played this song to face the terrible bale. also, I was moved deeply. I knew it's from God. I'm sure I want to be nearer to God, my father. anyway, the long way to go, and I'm still so sin to face the whole glory of God, but I believe it will be realizen to be nearer with God.

I love the text as explained what I really want to be as a Christian. it tells me who I am in this world.
