My faith has found a resting place

1
My faith has found a resting place,
  Not in device nor creed;
I trust the Ever-living One,
  His wounds for me shall plead.

I need no other argument,
  I need no other plea;
It is enough that Jesus died,
    And that He died for me.
2
Enough for me that Jesus saves,
  This ends my fear and doubt;
A sinful soul I come to Him,
  He'll never cast me out.
3
My heart is leaning on the Word,
  The written Word of God,
Salvation by my Savior's name,
  Salvation through His blood.
4
My great Physician heals the sick,
  The lost He came to save;
For me His precious blood He shed,
  For me His life He gave.

"A sinful soul I come to Him, He'll never cast me out." I see who He is, I see who I am, He has made the way for me to draw near and find His provision for my every need. Hallelujah what a Savior!

What a wonderful song that gives the plan of salvation through His shed blood. How can we pass up such a great gift?

This song brings tears to my eyes, I just gives me enough conviction that Christ is just enough for me.

Emmanuella

The thoughts of these words alone is enough for me in this world. What else can I ask for from my Maker? What I like most is "it is enough that Jesus died and that He died for ME"

Eme Ajayi

This song is a masterpiece and tells us that Jesus and the word of God is enough.

This hymn is so comforting. His precious blood for me He shed and for me He gave His life. I really do not need any other argument but to give my life to Him and let Him make of it what He likes. Thank You Lord Jesus.
