Today as I was coming to work this song which I sang as a kid kept springing up from my heart & I kept humming the first three lines. Glad to recover the whole song here. God you are good, Thank you Jesus!! we who are redeemed by Your Holy Blood will sing & bless your name for ever..

A few days ago this song came into my head while I was walking my dog, and it wouldn't stop. As I neared home, I thought of a friend's mother who was in hospice nearby.

She was such a strong Christian and told me about things she prayed for in a way that opened my eyes to many more opportunities for prayer. When I got home, I called her, She had been dozing for the last 3 days, not eating or drinking. My friend held the phone to her ear, and I sang it to her, and told her I would see her in Zion soon. She passed on to Jesus the next day. I'm so glad she heard this joyous song to help her on her way.

In my daily Scripture reading, I read Isaiah 51 today. When I reached vs 11, it struck the chord of a childhood memory. The words looked very familiar. Then the tune. Searched the net for the tune. Hymnal.net helped me. Thank you.

It was a very beautiful song to sing knowing God is ever present all knowing God. Thank you for the song

Two days ago, this precious lilting uplifting song was running through my spirit nearly incessantly. Thank our faithful God for His loving encouragement! The Lord is good and His mercy endures forever! Hallelujah!

Thank the Lord for this song of praise. Our God is the wonderful redeemer, he redeems so the we can give praise and live with his joy! Amen
